01Introduction
Welcome to VIP Luxury Car Rental Dubai. By accessing our website and using our rental services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to VIP Luxury Car Rental Dubai. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or renter. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Luxury Car Rental Dubai.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
02Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings must be made through our official website, via phone, or through authorized third-party platforms. A valid driver's license and identification are required at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for standard reservations
- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency
- All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) unless stated otherwise
- A security deposit is required and will be pre-authorized on your card
Price Guarantee
Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking. Any applicable taxes (5% VAT) and fees will be added to the total amount. We strive to offer the most competitive rates in Dubai.
03Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. Please review the specific terms applicable to your reservation:
Standard Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- 50% refund for cancellations between 24-48 hours before pickup
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup
- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount
Premium & VIP Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup
- 50% refund for cancellations between 48-72 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours
04Rental Period & Vehicle Return
- Vehicles must be returned on the date and time specified in the rental agreement
- A grace period of 1 hour is provided for late returns
- Beyond the grace period, an additional day's rental will be charged
- Early returns do not qualify for a refund of unused days

06Geographic Borders
Driving outside the territorial borders of the United Arab Emirates is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must remain within UAE territory during the rental period.
07Kilometer Allowance
Most rentals include a specified kilometer allowance. Standard limits are 300 km per day. Additional kilometers are charged according to the vehicle class. Unlimited mileage options may be available for select vehicles upon request.
08Insurance, Accidents & Damages
Insurance Coverage
- Main Comprehensive Insurance (MCI) is included with all rentals
- Premium Comprehensive Insurance (PCI) can be purchased for zero liability
- PCI costs 30% of the basic rental fee
Exclusions & Responsibilities
- Damage to tires, windscreen, undercarriage, and interior are not covered by insurance
- Damage caused by off-road driving is not covered
- The renter is responsible for towing charges in case of breakdown or accident
- Loss of keys or remote will incur a replacement fee
- Any damage must be reported immediately; failure to do so may result in full liability
